Senior Inspector

David is not only a well-known and respected figure in the home inspection industry but also an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), a testament to his expertise and commitment to excellence. With over 31 years of experience, he has conducted more than 18,000 home inspections along with numerous SB 721 inspections. In addition, he is a licensed general building contractor, bringing hands-on construction knowledge that enhances his ability to assess structural integrity with precision. His extensive background in structural evaluations and compliance ensures that every inspection is conducted with professionalism and accuracy.

Xiaopei (Chad) Qi is a licensed Civil Engineer (55135) and Structural Engineer (4403) with over 30 years of experience in structural design. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and has worked on a wide range of residential, industrial, and commercial structures, including single-family and multi-family homes, hotels, warehouses, and shopping centers.
His extensive expertise ensures thorough, precise inspections that prioritize structural integrity and safety.
